Deconstruction

Deconstruction involves reusing and recycling materials when a house is being remodeled. The practice will become more common place as the process becomes more defined and accessible over the next 12 months.

Reusing the material from your project has multiple benefits. For example: you receive a tax deduction while we ensure the materials stays out of a landfill. It can also be taken to reclamation sites and then resold.

In some cases old wood can be re-cut onsite so that it can be reused for other parts of the home. Old piping, ductwork and many of the metal components can be recycled for cash that can go towards the cost of a project. Materials such as Chicago common brick can be stacked on pallets and resold as well
